Nuvety Return Policy

At Nuvetyi, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your item(s) to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received it.

    • In its original packaging (if applicable).

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

  • Worn, washed, or damaged products (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).

Return Process

  1. To start a return, please contact us at support@nuvety.com  with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, if available. Please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos and a description so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
